So, my successful craftiness didn't last long. I wanted Maddie to be Zoe from Sesame Street, and so I thought I would make a wig for her. Sara made one for Jacob last year and said it was easy to do. She showed me how to make it and I started in. I ended up using three big packages of yarn and so needless to say, the wig was too heavy for poor Maddie to wear. She did wear it to her little play group that she goes to on Mondays, but good thing mom thought of getting a back up for Halloween. This was the only picture I was able to get of her before it fell off.
"Why are you making me wear this wig?"

"I like being Dorthy much better. Aren't I adorable?"

"Happy Halloween! Where's the candy?"

"Check out the huge pumpkin! Scary!"

"This guy is real. Good actor."

Was the giant pumpkin and actor at your trunk or treat or in your neighborhood. Looks like Napa really gets into Halloween.
You know Mom and Dad really think this is our least favorite holiday but you seem to have risen above how you were raised. Dad did say I had to give out candy this year but we only had 8 kidos come to the door. I only heard 1 joke which was a disappointment.
Keep blogging William. Love your comments.
Love and hugs,
