William's Baptism

Last Saturday was William's baptism. It was such a great day. I could tell taht William was really taking it all very seriously and totally into it. I was really worried that he would be freaking out when he saw all of his friends that came to support him, but he was actually really reverent and didn't get out of control. He told me that he was really nervous about the whole thing, but he did a great job. William's primary teacher gave a great talk on baptism and brought the spirit to the room. Grandpa Temple spoke about the Holy Ghost. I know William was so glad that his grandpa could give a talk. I couldn't believe how many old friends came up to spend the day with us. We had 5 families from San Bruno/Pacifica, my mom, dad, nephew, great aunt & uncle, Merrill's family, and William's school teacher come, not to mention lots of people from our ward there. We have to thank everyone for coming and making William's big day extra special! William was still being reverent the next day all through sacrament meeting. I still can't believe that my little baby is 8 years old and baptized. Before I know it, he's going to be leaving on his mission. Where has the time gone!?!
