Oh my goodness...Where did this summer go? I can't believe today was the first day of school for William and Maddie. William got the teacher he wanted and Maddie has a new teacher at our school this year. They are both great teachers, so I'm super happy!
This is the last year that William and Maddie will be in the same school until college. So weird. I told William that he has to be extra nice to his sister since this is the last year they will be together in school for a very long time. We'll see how that works out for me. I still can't get over the fact that Maddie is in the first grade and William is in 5th. What is going on? When did my babies get so big?
My favorite comment from Maddie this morning was when I asked her if she was going to buy lunch or take it and she said neither because she wanted to come home and have lunch with me. I told her she had to stay at school and she said, "but mom, I'll miss you." She just melts my heart!
When I told them to get their school supplies ready to take to school Jack had to get his too for preschool. That boy can't be left out of anything. But, he did get left out of the pictures this year because we only took them at school. Bummer. I loved him in his tie last year.

| I couldn't believe Maddie agreed to the outfit that I picked out for her. But, deep down I know she only agreed because the sweater vest is a hand me down from one of her friends. I'll still take it though. |

They are both ADORABLE & did William get his backpack? It looked very cool & uncle Matt got just what William wanted.
We hope to see you all at Thanksgiving & gramps, Bailey & I hope to come & see you all the end of Feb.
