Maddie's 6th Birthday (FINALLY!)

I can't believe it's taken me almost 2 months to do Maddie's birthday post.  She turned 6 this year way back in September.  I still can't believe she's 6 and in the 1st grade.  Where has the time gone?  She likes to tell me that she wants to stay little and stay my baby forever.  She knows that I love to hear that, even though I know secretively she can't wait to be big like William.  Maddie's birthday this year seemed to last forever.  I think we had 3 birthday dinners, a gymnastic birthday party with her friends, a birthday celebration at school and lots of fun presents.  She gets so excited about everything, that it makes it all worth it.  Thanks for being such a sweet girl and always game for anything.  We love you very very much!
Maddie wanted to take cookies in the shape of a 6 to her class this year and for the favors at her party.  After ordering 2 different cookie cutters online and them being way too small, we ended up making hearts and just piping the number 6 on it.  They actually turned out cuter than I thought they were going to.

Maddie in the way cute dress her friend Tanner aka. Tanner's mom Tammy gave her.

Funny that biscuits and gravy have become the birthday breakfast of choice for all of my kids this year.  Sad that they are so not photogenic.

Maddie making sure that all of her friends were stretching out correctly at her gymnastics party.  My favorite part of the day was when her friend Dylan told me to never invite him to another gymnastics party again.  It was way too hard for him.

Make a wish Maddie!

Maddie with all of her fans, I mean friends.

Maddie with her new professional hair mannequin.  Scary I know.  But, she loves fixing her hair.
