So, I could not find William's birth certificate that I need so I can register him for school tomorrow ANYWHERE. I thought I knew exactly where it was, but when I went to look for it, it was gone. I have been stressing about it all weekend. Finally tonight, I decided I'd better say a prayer because that's what my mom always did when we couldn't find something. I said a prayer and William said a prayer. Not even 10 minutes later, Merrill and I were going through the filing cabinet (that I had looked through three other times) and there it was! What a relief! I knew immediately that it was totally Heavenly Father directing Merrill's hand there.
I love that I can pray anytime, anywhere and have my prayers heard and answered. I love that my kids are learning the exact same principle that my mom taught me!

I was so touched and it is amazing how prayer works in our lifes and in our children's lifes also. You children taught me how to do better as a mother but I know that because I enbraced the principle of prayer I was able to lead you with my example. I'm thankful that my children are now teaching their little ones how close our Heavenly Father is by just praying to Him and that prayers are always answered.
Keep up the great examples.
