I had a great birthday. It started out at 6:50am when my parents called very excited from the airport in Chicago to wish me a happy birthday. They were so happy that they were the first.
Sara and Josie came up and took me out to lunch, which was very fun (thanks again Jamie). Chelsea was nice enough to come and babysit so we didn't have to take the maniacs with us.
Then tonight, Merrill, William and Maddie took me out for pizza and pasta. They gave me a gift certificate to a spa/restaurant in Sonoma and some really yummy chocolates from a very snooty store in St. Helena. Merrill said the lady working there was so rude! I appreciated the effort he made though. They're good, but nothing beats See's. They also gave me very sweet cards.
And, Grandpa and Grandma Farmer stayed up late to call. They are just too cute! I just love them to death and can't wait to see them at Christmas.
All in all, it has been a pretty great day, even if my siblings didn't call. What, like they have busy lives or something and don't have time for their baby sister? That's okay, I still love them.

Happy Birthday! You're not old...all you did was celebrate the 10th anniversary of your 25th birthday!
