****Before I start this post, I just have to let you know that this is the 5th post I have done tonight, and I think I am finally caught up with all of the happenings in our house the last couple of weeks.****
Merrill and I thought it would be fun to make roasted crab and garlic noodles for dinner tonight. Merrill found a recipe on line that tasted just like the crab and garlic noodles from Crustacean (an awesome restaurant in San Francisco). They were so yummy, but seemed to multiply when we cooked them and we barely made a dent. We tried to find someone to come and help us eat them, but we didn't finish making them until 7:45pm and everyone we called had already eaten. Whatever, like you can't make room for crab & noodles. Our friends are definite light weights!
We got the kids to hold the crabs, but that was as it. Jackson was the only one who would eat them. He loved it too.
Getting the crabs all soaked in buttery garlic goodness and ready to go in the oven.

WHere's the recipe??? Yummy!
Lisa, are you telling me that you offered some of your cooking to someone, and they declined to partake? What kind of friends do you have there in Napa? And like my Dad always likes to say, "What does being hungry have to do with it?" If there's yummy food available, you eat it!!!
Love you!!
You even have me craving that crab.
Ya, your friends must be spoiled. We want some good ole lisa cooking! That looks so deliciously fab.
