Guest Blogger, Nicole, here! I had the privilege of going to the hospital this afternoon and snuggling this little boy for a bit. I also got a little snap happy with my camera. While Lisa rests and recovers from surgery, I told her I would add some photos since we know there are many people waiting to see this cute little face.

I love his cheeks. I love this picture because it completely accentuates their squishiness (I may have made that word up).

Disclaimer: The only reason he is upset in some of these photos is because we unswaddled him for a while (we wanted those eyes open!). He is so sweet, with such a calm disposition.

I woke at 3:00 AM and checked my computer to see if by chance pictures had been uploaded on the web. I am so grateful that I didn't have to wait any longer.
