New Hampshire

This summer, Maddie, William, my brother JJ, his girls, Grace & Kat and I all went to New Hampshire for a week to visit Grandma & Grandpa Temple.  We had so much fun.  The kids had a blast with their other cousins Bailey and Hunter.  We did all of our fun activities i.e. boating, tubing, jet skiing, mini golf, going to the Old Country store and Fun Spot.  Plus, we added a couple of new things...water skiing, death tubing and scuba diving.

First lunch at the Mug.  It used to be Sam & Rosie's, but no more.  Definitely not as good, but fun to be with everyone.

The morning of the second day we were there, I felt awful.  I thought for sure I had strep throat.  Mom took me to the ER and I found out that I had an ear infection.  And no, I'm not 3 years old.  The doctor didn't give me a strep test because I was going to have to take antibiotics anyways.  What a great way to start the trip!

It wasn't going to stop me from going boating though!  We were off and going that afternoon.

First up...Maddie and Kat.  They were awesome on the tubes.  Maddie won the best wipe out award, dethroning Mitchell.  Maddie seriously went about 10 feet up in the air.  My dad could see it from the house.  When we picked her up, she said, "That was awesome!  Can I do it again?"  My little daredevil.  I just love that girl.

Next up...Jet skiing.  Everybody was fighting over who got to go with Uncle JJ.

We always have to make a trip to the Old Country Store to get the kids their bags of candy.  And, of course, we ALWAYS have to take a pic out front. 

Another day we went to mini golf.  Gracie showed everyone how it was done.  She whipped them all!  You go girl.

Uncle JJ let all of the kids use his scuba gear.  Uncle JJ found the same 3 golf balls at the bottom of the lake about 5 times.  I guess we shouldn't have kept throwing them back in.

I think William found his new favorite thing to do. 

Fun Spot was up next.  Bailey hit the jackpot and Maddie hit it twice.  What are the odds?!?

The kids had to give the death tube a try.  It's kind of a rite of passage for the kids in our family.  Hunter got out there to show them how a professional does it.  What are we going to do without you for 2 years, Hunt?

Grace, William, Kat and Maddie all tried water skiing this year.  They all got up a little bit, but Grace and William really did awesome.  Next year, they're going to try one ski.

Maddie lost a tooth thanks to Grace pulling it out.  Nobody else was brave enough to do it.

We had to get a cousin group shot with Hunter before he leaves for his mission.  We are going to miss him so much!  Aren't they all adorable?

Maddie was very sad to have to say goodbye at the airport.

Thanks grandma & grandpa for letting us come and take over your brand new gorgeous home.  Hopefully, we didn't destroy anything while we were there.  The kids had the best time.  They're still talking about it!
